Q1. What should I do before moving?
A. Your prime responsibilities include

• Be present during the time of packing
• Check and verify particularly with respect to high value items like jewellery ,etc,.
• Clarify anything with our team.
• Provide a copy of RC book & Insurance photo copy in case you are moving your vehicle.

Q3. What is the time that I should allow before contacting the moving company?
A3. Ideally,24 Hrs, would be good enough.

Q4. How much time does a pre-move survey take at my home?
A4. Not more than three hours. It also depends upon the size of the consignment and therefore may vary accordingly.

Q5. So, what I can take and cannot take with me?
A5. Just leave all those worries to our team. They will provide you with the professional assistance required. Better still you can always give us a call and clarify.

Q6. Do you provide insurance cover?
A6. Yes we do provide Inland Marine Transit Insurance. We can also arrange for an insurance certificate, if you request so.

Q7. What is insurance coverage based on?
A7. The insurance cover is based on the declared value of the belongings. This value is easily calculated. Our friendly team will assist you in the entire process.

Q8. What type of vehicles will be used to transport my belongings?
A8. We have a well maintained and equipped fleet of vehicles, specially designed for packing and moving. They are ably driven by our team of experienced drivers.

Q9. What is it that is prohibited from loading?
A9. Liquids/Oils, other inflammable items, your pets, drugs, ammunitions, alcohol, etc,. are not allowed to be loaded on to the vehicle.

Q10. How can I move my car?
A10. We have specially designed Vehicles to transport your car, safely and securely.

Q11. Can I pack myself?
A11. You can. But it is always advisable to use the assistance of our experienced team to do the packing.

Q12. Can I leave my clothes in their drawers.
A12. Not necessary. You can remove any breakable items, but you can leave your clothings behind. Take care to lock the drawers, to prevent them from opening during transit.
